We are pleased to announce the Kinship European Tour 2026. This will be IOTUNN’s first European tour as headliners.
In its early days, IOTUNN played progressive power metal, but has since transitioned to a unique blend of progressive and melodic death metal, with atmospheric and epic elements. The band is known for combining great technical mastery with profound lyrical themes inspired by mythology, human existence, and the mysteries of the universe. Their music is often described as a journey through energy, beauty, and brutality, making them one of the most promising bands in the modern progressive metal scene.
Signed to Metal Blade Records since 2020, IOTUNN has performed at major festivals such as Wacken Open Air, Summer Breeze, 70,000 Tons of Metal, and Rockwave. More recently, in 2025, the band opened for DARK TRANQUILLITY, SOEN, and EQUILIBRIUM on their European tour.
